Descriptons All measurements quoted on this site are approximate. All items are Sterling Silver or higher grade silver and are hallmarked when necessary. There are no plated items.
Prices All prices and transactions are in UK £ pounds and are subject to change at any time. Payment is only accepted in UK £ pounds. Paypal Server automatically converts from your local currency.
Delivery Orders are usually dispatched on the same or following working day by trackable postage and all orders are confirmed by email acknowledgement with full details of the dispatch date. If a delay is expected you will be notified as soon as possible. Orders are only dispatched on receipt of cleared funds. Orders are dependent on the postal service available at the time and may therefore be delayed if weather conditions or other circumstances prevent a normal delivery service. Once a delivered receipt is obtained from the postal service the item is considered to be in your posession, therefore if you use a shared mailbox it is recommended that you arrange to be available to receive the delivery as items signed for or accepted by third parties at the address given are your responsibility. Items that are returned to us by the postal service can be re-sent to the purchaser after payment of a re-delivery fee.
Returns Goods may be returned for exchange or refund by cancelling the order within 7 days of receipt. An email must be sent first requesting a returns authorization code and details of how to return will be given. All items must be returned in their original packaging and in their original condition to us within 14 days - UK or 21days - Worldwide from the date of receipt. The purchaser is responsible for the return shipping costs and assumes responsibility for loss. Postage costs will not be refunded. Exchanges will be sent post free if of an equal or higher value than the original order. No refund will be given for goods that are returned after the returns period but may be posted back to the purchaser on receipt of a re-delivery fee within 3 months of purchase date after which title will revert to us.This does not affect your statutory rights.
Refunds Any money due will be refunded by the same method by which the original purchase was made and to the original purchaser only.Refunds will not be made to third parties.All refunds will be processed as quickly as possible.
Privacy We are committed to protecting your privacy. Information about you is held to fulfil your order and to offer you the best possible service and will not be passed on or sold to a third party. We will only use the information that we collect from you lawfully (in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998). You may be sent offers and newsletters from time to time but may opt out at any time. All items purchased are sold subject to UK law. When you enter your credit card details you are doing so on a secure server. None of your credit card details are received by us or available to us. Paypal is a completely separate company used to process payments only. Do not send us your credit card or debit card or banking details by email.
Export If you are purchasing from outside the UK please note that any import duties and taxes may be payable by you on arrival in your country.
Definitions and interpretation In this Agreement "we" means Silver Wire Designs(and "us" and "our" shall be construed accordingly); and "you" means the relevant customer or potential customer as the case may be (and "your" shall be construed accordingly). In this Agreement, the following definitions shall apply: "Agreement" means this entire agreement; "Order" means your order for Goods made via the Site;"Goods" means items which may be purchased by you from the Site; "Acknowledgement" means the email acknowledgment which we will send to you (where appropriate) confirming acceptance of your Order; and "Site" means the website at www.silverwiredesigns.com. The advertising of Goods on the Site constitutes an "invitation to treat"; and your Order for Goods constitutes a contractual offer. No contract comes into force between you and us unless and until we accept your Order. In order to enter into this Agreement with us, you will need to take the following steps (i) you must add any Goods you wish to purchase to your shopping cart, and then proceed to the checkout; (ii) you will be transferred to the Paypal website, and Paypal will handle your payment. Prices for Goods are quoted on the Site. The Site contains a large number of Goods and it is always possible that some of the Goods listed on the Site may be incorrectly priced and may be changed from time to time without notice. In addition to the price of the Goods, you will have to pay a delivery charge, which will be included when the item is added to the cart.
Liability We will not be liable for any direct or indirect loss or damage arising under these terms and conditions or in connection with our website, whether arising in tort, contract, or otherwise. We will not be liable for any loss of profit,contracts,business,goodwill,data,income, revenue or anticipated savings arising under terms and conditions or any emotional distress arising from or in connection with our website, whether direct or indirect, and whether arising in tort, contract, or otherwise. In the event that you do not receive the purchased Goods, and provided that the postal service is unable to confirm that said item has been delivered, our total liability will be limited to the purchase price of said Goods, excluding postage, and a full refund will be given. The 'gem meanings' list is for inspiration, reference and entertainment only and is not intended to act as a medical diagnosis. (It is recommended that you contact a medically qualified practitioner for diagnosis and treatment of illness both physical and emotional).
Risk and Title The Goods will be at your risk from the time of delivery. Ownership of the Goods will only pass to you after we receive full payment of all sums due in respect of the Goods (including delivery charges). Title of Items left in our posession for more than 3 months will revert to us.
Complaints Because we want to offer you the best service possible, if you are dissatisfied in any way at all then we want to know about it. Any complaints will be acknowledged within 5 days. Please contact Semina Lewis.
