Descriptons All measurements quoted on this site are approximate. All items are Sterling Silver or 9CT Gold - no plated items.

Prices All prices and transactions are in UK £pounds and are subject to change at any time. Payment is only accepted in UK £pounds. (Paypal Server automatically converts from your local currency.)

Returns When you buy your jewellery from us we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Items may be returned for a full refund if notified to us within 7 days of receipt of order, however all items must be returned in their original packaging and in their original unworn condition and returned to us within 28 days. For reasons of health and hygiene, earrings for pierced ears are excluded from our 7 day money back guarantee unless received back in the unbroken sealed plastic bag provided. Postage costs are direct costs so will not be refunded.This does not affect your statutory rights.

Refunds We will usually refund any money received from you using the same method originally used by you to pay for your purchase. We will process the refund due to you as soon as possible and, in any event, within 30 days of the day we received your notice of cancellation.

Delivery Orders are usually dispatched the following working day however please allow 14 days(UK) 28 days (Worldwide). If your order is delayed by more than 7 days you will be notified and given a date to expect delivery. Orders are only dispatched on receipt of cleared funds.

Cancellation If, for any reason, you need to cancel your order you may do so.

Privacy We are committed to protecting your privacy. We will not sell your personal details on to any third party. Information about you is held to fulfil your order and to offer you the best possible service. We will only use the information that we collect from you lawfully (in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998). All items purchased are sold subject to UK law. When you enter your credit card details you are doing so on a secure server. None of your credit card details are received by us or available to us. PAYPAL is a completely separate company used to process payments only. Do not send us by email, post or 'phone your credit card or debit card or banking details.

Export If you are buying from outside the United Kingdom please note that any import duties and taxes will be payable by you on arrival in your country

The advertising of Products on the Site constitutes an "invitation to treat"; and your Order for Products constitutes a contractual offer. No contract comes into force between you and us unless and until we accept your Order. In order to enter into this Agreement with us, you will need to take the following steps:: (i) you must add any the Products you wish to purchase to your shopping cart, and then proceed to the checkout; (ii) you will be transferred to the Paypal website, and Paypal will handle your payment. Price and payment Prices for Products are quoted on the Site. The Site contains a large number of Products and it is always possible that some of the Products listed on the Site may be incorrectly priced and may be changed from time to time without notice.In addition to the price of the Products, you will have to pay a delivery charge, which will be as stated. Liability We will not be liable for any direct or indirect loss or damage arising under these terms and conditions or in connection with our website, whether arising in tort, contract, or otherwise. We will not be liable for any loss of profit, contracts, business, goodwill,data, income, revenue or anticipated savings arising under terms and conditions or any emotional distress arising from or in connection with our website, whether direct or indirect, and whether arising in tort, contract, or otherwise. Risk and title The Products will be at your risk from the time of delivery. Ownership of the Products will only pass to you after we receive full payment of all sums due in respect of the Products (including delivery charges).
