Descriptions - Sizes are approximate and where shown for the earrings do not include the ear fittings. Please note that the jewellery is individually handmade so every piece will have a slight variation. All jewellery is sterling silver or 9CT gold. No plated items are sold. Bracelets are18cm (7") standard size unless made to measure.

Postage and Packing -All Orders £2.00 per item.(See conversion chart below for other currencies)

Dispatch - Orders are usually dispatched the same or following working day however please allow 14 days (UK), 28 days (Worldwide). If your order will delayed by more than 7 days you will be notified and given a date to expect delivery. Orders are only dispatched on receipt of cleared funds. Items sent to UK addresses by first class recorded delivery.

Returns - When you buy your jewellery from us we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Items may be returned for exchange or refund within 14 days (UK), 21 Days (Worldwide) if not completely satisfied, however all items must be returned in their original packaging and in their original unworn condition. For reasons of health and hygiene, earrings for pierced ears are excluded from our money back guarantee unless received back in the unbroken sealed plastic bag provided. Postage costs are direct costs so will not be refunded.This does not affect your statutory rights. Buying for a gift ? let us know and we will extend the time limit for returns. Valentine's Day Gifts may be returned by 4th March 2008

Sizing of Bracelets - A standard length will be approximately 18cm (7"). If you require a different length please indicate when you purchase or by email directly after making the purchase. (You can measure your wrist using a piece of string, find a suitable fit then measure the string to find the length).

Pendants - All pendants are provided with a 16" sterling silver chain unless otherwise indicated.

Commissions - If you would like a particular item but with a different gem, or have something particular in mind please ask as all items can be made to order. No extra charge is made for this service.

Childrens Jewellery - Jewellery can be made to order with smaller 14" chains. Please ensure if jewellery is bought for children that they are supervised at all times as there are small parts which could be dangerous to children.

Gift Vouchers - Can be purchased in multiples of £5.

Gift Wrapping - Available and sent with your personal message £2 per order.

Cleaning and Storage - Jewellery can be cleaned using a cloth such as Town Talk or Goddards Silver Polishing Cloth (Can be supplied £4.00). Do not dip items as this may damage the gems. It is recommended that if items are not being worn that they are kept in the sealed plastic bag supplied as exposure to air quickens the tarnishing of silver. Items that are worn regularly should not tarnish quickly.

Repairs - Free repairs on jewellery bought from this site no matter how it has been broken. Return it with a cheque or postal order for £2 (P+P).

Cleaning service - A cleaning service for items bought from this website is available. The cost is £2 per item + £2.00p+p(UK). £3.50 p+p(Worldwide) Contact for details.

Wholesale and Gallery Enquiries- Details available by email.

Continental Ear Fittings- Continental fittings or stud fittings can be substituted for the earring hook wires at an extra cost. Thicker chains can also be provided.
